Terms of use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply to supplychainforge.com and to the SupplyForge digital products sold through it. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them.
Who we are
SupplyForge is operated by Alican Cömert, İzmir, Türkiye. You can reach us at hello@supplychainforge.com.
What you buy
SupplyForge sells digital exam-preparation products for the CPIM 9.0 exam: online practice questions, mock exams, explanations and downloadable spreadsheets. Each product page states what is included and how long access lasts. Nothing is shipped physically.
Payment
Purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle). The merchant of record sells the product to you, handles payment, invoicing and sales tax or VAT, and its own terms of sale apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Your licence
- You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own exam preparation during your access period.
- Accounts are for one person. Sharing your login or reselling, copying or publishing the content is not allowed.
- We may suspend access that is shared or used to copy content in bulk.
Our content
All questions, explanations, solutions and spreadsheets are original works owned by the operator of SupplyForge. They are not real exam questions. SupplyForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by ASCM. APICS, CPIM and ASCM are registered trademarks of the Association for Supply Chain Management.
Refunds
Refunds are described in our refund policy.
No guarantee of results
We work hard to make every question accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass the exam. If you find an error, please tell us and we will correct it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
